Sports car produced by Jaguar between 1957 and 1961 as the successor to the XK140.
Initially, the XK150 was only available in FHC (fixed head coupé), fitted with minimal rear seats.
Although this model looks so similar to the XK120 and XK140, it was radically revised.
Important change was the replacement from the split screen by a one-piece windscreen.
Also, the wing line was carried higher and more streamlined at the doors.
Suspension and chassis were very similar to the XK140, with manual-only rack and pinion steering.
The car is powered by a 3,4L DOHC straight-6 XK engine. Matching engine and gearbox !
This car was new delivered in Belgium (Antwerp), first registered in 1963 and remained till today, a Belgian car.
Technically in excellent condition as it was thoroughly restored during the last 10 years.
Body is in good condition but not pristine, in fact, the perfect car to participate in Classic Rallies.
Very charming detail : the original leather with its perfect patina and smell !
Odometer shows 6000 km after restoration.
